Ingredients

1. Chicken 800 gm cut into 10 pieces

2. lemon juice
-
3. chilli powder ½ tsp

4. 1 cup milk
-
5. 2 tsp cream
-
6. 2 tsp butter
-
7. 2- 3 tsp oil
-
8. Salt to taste
-
9. To marinade the chicken
-
10. ½ cup curd-hang in a muslin cloth for 30 minutes
-
11. 1 tsp cornflour
-
12. 1 tsp grated onion
-
13. 2 tsp cream
-
14. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
-
15. 1 tsp dry kasoori methi
-
16. Few drop of orange color
-
17. 1 tsp garam masala
-
Now make a paste of
-
1. 2” piece of ginger
-
2. 10n flakes of chilli
-
3. 2 cup ready made tomato puree
-
4. 4 tsp cashewnut
-
5. 1 tsp garam masala
-
6. ½ tsp red chilli powder
-
7. ¼ tsp sugar
-
8. ½ tsp salt
Directions
- 1. Wash and dry the chicken.With a fork prick the chicken from all sides
- 2. Rub lemon juice,salt and chilli powder on the chicken and keep aside for ½ hr.
- 3. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade.Add chicken and mix well.Keep aside in fridge for 3-4 hrs.
- 4. Preaheat your microwave oven in 200 degree celcius in convection mode.
- 5. Grease the grill rack.Put the chicken pieces on the rack and place it on the preheated oven.
- 6. Set the pre heated oven for 20 minutes.Cook the pieces for 20 minutes or more until cooked.Keep the cooked chicken aside.

- 8. Grind all the ingredient of paste to a smooth paste in a mixture.
- 9. Now for gravy put butter,oil,ingredients of paste in a microproof bowl.Mix well and microwave for 8 minutes.
- 10. Add about 1 ½ cup water,mix and microwave for 6 minutes.Stir once in between
- 11. Add tandoori chicken.Cover and microwave for 3 minutes
- 12. Remove from oven and let it cool down till serving time.
- 13. Add milk and microwave for 2 minutes
- 14. Add cream and garam masala .Mix and serve hot.
