Pav Bhaji

Ingredients:

 

1. potatoes 3

2. 3 onions roghly chopped

3. 2 carrots-peeled andchopped

4.2 cup cauliflower roughly chopped

5. 1/2 cup peas

6.1 cup chopped cabbage

7.3 tsp butter

8. 2 tsp oil

9. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste

10. 2 tsp pav bhaji masala

11. ¼ tsp turmeric powder

12. 1 tsp salt

13. 3 tomatoes chopped

14. 1 tsp chopped coriander

 

Method for making pav bhaji

1 Boil the potatoes and peel it and mash coarsely

2.Boil all the vegetables and blend roughly in a mixture for 2-3 seconds.Don’t make it a paste

3.In a frying pan or kadai add oil and heat.Then put onion,ginger garlic paste,pav bhaji masala and haldi.keep it in a medium flame and mix well.

4.Add tomatoes roughly chopped vegetable and potatoes.Mix well.Add salt and butter.Mix well.

5.put a lid in the frying pan and cook the vegetables for 7 minutes.

6.Open the lip and add ½ cup water and again cook for 5 minutes in high flame stir well.

7.Now when the bhaji is ready add pav bhaji masala and chopped coriander and butter ffrom top.Serve with pav.
